These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SolutionGaming's platform, software, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Service Agreement Scope

SolutionGaming provides white label iGaming platforms, gaming software licensing, compliance consulting, and technical integration services to licensed operators in jurisdictions where such activities are legally permitted. Our services are B2B only - we do not provide direct-to-consumer gaming services.

Your use of our platform requires a valid commercial license agreement. Demo access and consultation services are subject to separate terms outlined in your specific agreement.

Licensing & Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and proprietary materials remain SolutionGaming's intellectual property. Your license grants you:

  • Non-exclusive rights to use our platform within agreed territories
  • Access to updates and security patches during your subscription period
  • Technical support as defined in your service tier
  • White label customization within platform capabilities

You retain ownership of your branded materials, player data, and proprietary game content integrated into our platform.

Compliance Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary gaming licenses in your operating jurisdictions. While we provide compliance-ready infrastructure, final regulatory approval is your obligation.

You must implement responsible gaming measures, age verification, and anti-money laundering protocols as required by applicable laws. Our platform provides tools - you ensure their proper deployment.

Payment Terms

License fees, integration costs, and ongoing subscriptions are billed according to your signed agreement. Payment schedules vary by service tier:

  • Setup fees: Due upon contract signing
  • Monthly platform fees: Billed in advance on the 1st of each month
  • Revenue share arrangements: Calculated and billed monthly in arrears

Late payments may result in service suspension after a 15-day grace period. Account reinstatement requires full payment of outstanding balances plus applicable fees.

Service Level & Limitations

We guarantee 99.5% uptime for core platform services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (announced 72 hours in advance). Performance metrics and support response times are detailed in your SLA.

We are not liable for losses resulting from regulatory changes, third-party payment processor issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Data Handling

Player data stored on our infrastructure remains under your control. We act as a data processor - you are the data controller responsible for GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy law compliance.

We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and employ industry-standard encryption. Detailed data processing terms are covered in our separate Data Processing Agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice. Immediate termination is possible for material breach, loss of gaming license, or non-payment. Upon termination, you receive a complete data export within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, except for intellectual property claims which may be pursued in appropriate courts.
